If the business is more Microsoft 365-heavy than Azure (email, Teams, SharePoint), then Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) edges ahead because it maps directly to what the employee touches every day. The question that decides it: is this person managing cloud infrastructure and VMs, or keeping Microsoft 365 running for the team?
